In a bid to appreciate its esteemed customers during the 2015 customer service week from 5th – 9th October, Red Star Express Plc has commenced an exercise to appreciate its customers.


This celebration is internationally recognized, devoted at appreciating loyal customers.  It is celebrated in over 40 countries across the world, and Nigeria is not left out.   Red Star Express is using the platform to connect and strengthen relationship with their esteemed customers leading to a significant growth.


The Managing Director, Mr. Sule Umar Bichi, in his address stated that he feels honored by its customer’s preference for Red Star Express and its subsidiaries as their preferred logistics service provider.” He further reiterated that, “our customers’ business is much appreciated and Red star is committed to giving its best in meeting each logistics needs”. Customers are urged to please give feedback which will go a long way to help serve them better.
